What LVP costs, all in
Pricing is per square foot, all in, and each tier spells out what's included. Every package includes quarter round. Standard adds carpet demo and haul-away and minor subfloor prep. Premium adds a documented flatness check, a slab moisture reading, written walkthroughs, and a warranty job file. New baseboards are a flat $3.50 per linear foot add-on on any package. No trip charges. No surprise line items. Stairs and labor-only work are quoted at the free in-home measure.

How an install runs, step by step
Free in-home measure
I come out to your home and measure the space. It's free, it takes about twenty minutes, and you get a written quote within 24 hours.
50% deposit holds the calendar
Once you say go, a 50% deposit locks your start date. The remaining 50% is due after the job's done and you're happy. I don't ask for the full amount up front.
Tear-out and prep
We move your furniture, pull up the old flooring, and haul it away. Then we deal with the subfloor: grinding high spots, filling low ones, and putting down the right underlayment. That prep is what keeps a floating floor quiet and flat for years.
Install and finish
Planks click in fast when the prep is right. Baseboards and transitions go in at the end, and the site gets cleaned before we leave.
Where we install
We cover about 30 miles around Lake Buena Vista: Orlando, Kissimmee, Davenport, Clermont, Haines City, Winter Haven, Lakeland and the towns in between. If your job is a little farther out, ask. We travel when the job calls for it.

10+ years as a family business, with installers who each bring 10+ years on the tools. New Design Pro operates under Huios Construction LLC and carries general liability insurance on every job. New Design Pro installs luxury vinyl plank supplied and installed for $4.99 per sq ft (Entry, 12-mil wear layer), $5.99 per sq ft (Standard, 20-mil) or $7.99 per sq ft (Premium, 20-mil with a 6mm core). For example, 1,000 sq ft on the Standard package is about $5,990. New baseboards are $3.50 per linear foot. Tile, stairs and labor-only installs are quoted after a free in-home measure.
What areas does New Design Pro serve?
We're based in Davenport, FL and install floors about 30 miles around Lake Buena Vista: Orlando, Kissimmee, Davenport, Clermont, Haines City, Winter Haven, Lakeland, ChampionsGate, Celebration and Poinciana. For the right job we'll go farther past Davenport or north of Orlando.
How long does an LVP installation take?
Most homes take two to three days. A recent 709 sq ft living room in Lakeland took two days from start to cleanup.
Do you remove the old flooring?
Yes. Carpet removal and haul-away is included in the Standard and Premium packages. Laminate or tile removal is added to your written quote after we measure.
What flooring brand do you install?
We install Duralast (also sold as Durato) SPC vinyl plank: the Panzu collection on the Entry package, Azul Tortuga on Standard, and V-EVO Max and V-EVO XL on Premium. You can preview every color on our homepage before you book.
Is LVP a good choice for Florida homes?
For most Central Florida homes, yes. SPC vinyl plank is waterproof and handles humidity better than laminate, and it installs right over a leveled concrete slab.
